How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order and confirm it.

Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning. Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping the product and we will be happy to help you.

What if I didn't receive my order in 7-14 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?

No worries, slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. Please give it more time up to 30 days. If your products have not arrived after 30 days, we will give you a 100% refund instantly.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship out your order, you will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours through email to track your order.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.
